Digital Service Delivery Information
The delivery method, timing, and access method for The Neural Ledger digital subscription services.

Article 1 – Subject Matter
This document has been prepared to inform Members about the manner, timing and method of access applicable to the digital subscription services (Free, API Starter, Enterprise and similar plans) offered by Piyote Bilişim ve Danışmanlık Hiz. Tic. Ltd. Şti. through theneuralledger.com (the “Site”).
Article 2 – Nature of Delivery
All plans purchased through the Site constitute digital services that do not involve any tangible goods. Accordingly, performance of the Service does not require any courier, transport or physical delivery process.
Article 3 – Manner and Time of Performance
Following confirmation of the Member’s payment by the relevant payment institution, the Member’s account is automatically upgraded by the system to the selected plan. As a general rule, access to the Service becomes active immediately after payment is confirmed and, absent any technical disruption, at the latest within a few minutes.
Article 4 – Method of Access
The Member accesses the purchased Service through their membership account on theneuralledger.com or through an API access key issued specifically to them. The Member is responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of their access credentials.
Article 5 – Procedure Where Delivery Does Not Occur
Where payment has been confirmed but the plan upgrade does not occur within a reasonable time, the Member should contact the Company at [email protected] or through the member support panel, together with proof of the charge. The Company will investigate the reported issue and provide the Service as soon as possible; where performance is not possible, the amount collected will be refunded to the Member.
Article 6 – Effectiveness
This document is an annex to, and forms an integral part of, the Distance Sales Agreement and remains accessible on the Site at all times.
