Data We Process

To operate the service, we may process account identity, e-mail address, subscription status, plan preferences, billing and payment history, saved searches, briefing settings, support messages, API usage, IP address, session/cookie records, and device, browser, and security logs.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to authenticate members, deliver requested features, enforce plan limits, run billing and support processes, protect the service and user accounts, detect errors and abuse, measure reliability, and send only authorized notifications. Personal data is not sold or rented for commercial purposes.

Payment Security

Sensitive payment information such as card numbers, expiry dates, and CVV is not stored in The Neural Ledger or Piyote systems. It is processed during payment within the secure infrastructure of the authorized payment institution. Do not send full card numbers, CVV, passwords, or API keys when reporting a payment or account problem.

Cookies and Measurement

Essential cookies or browser storage may be used for authentication, session security, preference storage, and secure checkout. Optional usage measurement loads only after consent. Browser settings can block storage, but disabling essential storage may prevent sign-in, member, and payment features from operating.

Retention, Security, and Sharing

Records are retained only for as long as needed for service, security, contractual, billing, and legal obligations. Data may be shared, on a purpose-limited basis, with payment, hosting, and technical infrastructure providers required to deliver the service and with legally authorized authorities. Appropriate technical and organizational safeguards are applied against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse.

You can update preferences and briefing settings in the member area. Requests to access, understand, correct, delete, or object to processing under the KVKK may be sent to [email protected] or the Company’s registered address.
