Cancellation and Refund Policy

How Neural Ledger members can cancel subscriptions and request review of billing or service problems.

Cancellation

Members can manage or cancel a recurring subscription from the billing area. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid billing period unless the billing provider states otherwise.

Refund review

Completed subscription charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where a verified duplicate charge or service failure warrants review.

Billing problems

Open a member support request with the invoice date and the issue. Do not include full card numbers, passwords, API keys, or other sensitive credentials.
